Vitapep filled with cream cheese

Using a large knife, coarsely chop the walnuts

Blend the cream cheese with the paprika powder, pepper and honey in a food processor until you have an even mixture

Then add the walnuts, cress and grated cheese and mix well. Scoop the mixture into a piping bag and leave to rest in the refrigerator for a while

Meanwhile, cut the caps off the Vitapep snacking peppers and remove the seeds

Now cut the end off the piping bag and fill the Vitapep snack peppers with the cream cheese mixture

Garnish each filling as desired with, for example, half a walnut, some cress or some grated cheese and serve immediately
